It depends on I/O count, safety, HMI scope, and whether we are writing new logic or converting an existing program. Small HMI/PLC changes are a different budget than a full cell. We quote after a short review of drawings or a site walk — we do not publish a fake hourly “from” price that never matches the job.
Yes. We support plants when a line is down or a changeover will not run. Availability depends on current jobs, so call +1 (905) 464-8060 and describe the machine, platform, and fault. For non-urgent issues, use the contact form.
Most work is Allen-Bradley CompactLogix, ControlLogix, and related FactoryTalk / PowerFlex hardware. We also support selected Siemens, Omron, and legacy Allen-Bradley platforms when that is what is already in the plant.
Yes. Panel work can happen in Mississauga; programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting are routinely on site at the machine.
Yes. We prefer a current backup and any drawings you have. We do not rip out working logic without a reason. Conversions and cleanups are a large part of the work.
Yes. We are based in Mississauga and regularly work across the GTA and Ontario. Travel for farther sites is quoted with the job.
